At City Walls Art, we want your artwork to arrive safely, securely and ready to enjoy. Every piece is carefully packaged and handled with care to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

UK Shipping

We currently offer FREE UK SHIPPING on all orders.

This includes mainland UK deliveries for all artworks, prints and framed pieces purchased through City Walls Art.

Processing Times

Most orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days.

For bespoke framing, large artworks or specialist items, dispatch times may vary slightly. If this applies to your order, we will contact you directly with an estimated delivery timeframe.

Delivery Service

We use trusted courier and postal services depending on the size, value and fragility of the artwork.

All artworks are securely packaged using protective materials to help ensure safe delivery.

Tracking

Where applicable, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Areas

At present, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.

Damaged Deliveries

In the unlikely event your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
