OUR ARTISTS

Real Art. Real Artists. Real Street Culture.

Behind every great piece of art is an artist with a story to tell.

At City Walls Art, our passion goes far beyond the artwork hanging on our walls. It's about the people who create it, the stories that inspire it and the incredible individuality that makes every artist unique.

We believe art should challenge, excite, inspire and occasionally make you stop in your tracks. It doesn't have to follow rules, fit a particular style or appeal to everyone. That's what makes it special.

Our independent gallery brings together an eclectic collection of urban, street and contemporary art, celebrating everything from internationally recognised names to emerging artists creating extraordinary work.

An Incredible Collection of Creative Talent

We are proud to showcase an ever-evolving collection of artists, each bringing their own personality, techniques and creative vision.

Our collection includes works by Alexander Millar, Asuek, Banksy, Baransky, Billy Idiot, Bryan Organ, Chemical X, Conrico Steez, Dazcat, DTan, Eddy Bennett, Emma Catherine, Faye Allison, JBoy, J F Turnbull, James Finnie, Known Wonder, Mantis, Marc Craig, Michael Barnfather, Morf Brooks, Mr. Brainwash, Mr Kuu, Mr Sly, Neverwork, Pip Kitson, Princess, Ronald Swanwick, Sara Sutton, Signs, Static, Stinkfish, The Being Artist, The Brogue Artist, Werm and Zenart, alongside other exceptional artists and exciting new discoveries.

From the unmistakable visual language of street art to intricate illustration, expressive oil paintings, stencil work, mixed media and contemporary experimentation, our artists represent an extraordinary variety of creative expression.

Some works make powerful statements about society and the world around us. Others capture nostalgia, humour, emotion or the beauty of everyday life.

Different artists. Different stories. One shared passion for creativity.

A Gallery Born From Passion, Not Just Business

City Walls Art was founded by Andrew Gunter, a passionate private collector whose love of urban, street and contemporary art developed long before the gallery opened its doors.

What began with discovering and collecting artwork grew into something much more meaningful: a desire to create a space where extraordinary artists and people who love art could come together.

For Andrew, the excitement has never simply been about owning a piece of artwork. It's about discovering the artist, understanding their inspiration, appreciating the work and sharing that enthusiasm with others.

That same passion shapes everything we do at City Walls Art.

We don't believe in filling walls simply for the sake of having artwork to sell. Every piece is considered for its individuality, creative impact and the connection it creates.

If a piece makes us stop, look twice and feel something, that's the kind of art we love.

Supporting the People Behind the Art

We believe artists are the heart and soul of the creative world, and they deserve to be supported, respected and celebrated.

At City Walls Art, we aim to build genuine, lasting relationships with the artists we work with.

We're proud to offer a fair and transparent approach to exhibiting artwork.

We don't charge artists for gallery wall space or exhibitions.

Instead, we work on an agreed commission basis, meaning that when a piece sells, both the artist and gallery benefit. If it doesn't sell, the artist isn't left facing an exhibition fee.

We believe this creates a fairer, more accessible opportunity for artists to showcase their work, particularly those still establishing themselves.

Our ambition isn't simply to represent artists. It's to champion their creativity, celebrate their achievements and help introduce their work to new audiences.

Discovering the Next Generation

There's something incredibly exciting about discovering an artist whose work you've never seen before.

We love the established names, the iconic imagery and the history behind internationally recognised artworks. But we are equally passionate about uncovering fresh talent and supporting artists who are developing their own distinctive creative voice.

An artist doesn't need worldwide recognition to create something extraordinary.

Some of the most exciting artwork comes from independent studios, emerging creatives and people who simply have something original to say.

We want City Walls Art to be a place where established names sit comfortably alongside exciting new talent, where collectors can discover something unexpected and where artists have the opportunity to grow.

More Than a Gallery. A Creative Community.

For us, one of the greatest rewards of opening City Walls Art has been the people we've met along the way.

Artists, collectors, creatives and visitors from all walks of life, brought together by a shared appreciation for art.

We believe galleries should be welcoming places, not intimidating spaces where you need to understand art terminology or have an established collection to feel comfortable.

Whether you're an experienced collector, an artist looking for inspiration or someone who simply enjoys looking at something different, you're always welcome.

Through exhibitions, private views, artist collaborations and creative events, we're working to build something bigger than a gallery.

A genuine community where people can connect, share ideas, support one another and celebrate creativity together.

Art That Means Something

Every artwork has a story.

It might capture a particular moment in time, challenge a social convention, celebrate an iconic figure or simply bring colour and happiness into someone's home.

We understand that choosing artwork is personal.

For some, it's about collecting rare and significant pieces. For others, it's about discovering an artist they connect with or finding something that makes them smile every time they walk into a room.

There's no right or wrong reason to love a piece of art.

At City Walls Art, we carefully select original artworks, signed limited editions, collectible prints and distinctive one-of-a-kind pieces, with authenticity, individuality and artistic expression at the centre of our collection.

Are You an Artist? We'd Love to Hear From You.

We're always interested in discovering creative individuals who share our passion for art.

Whether you're an emerging talent or an established artist looking for a gallery that genuinely values your work, we'd love to see what you create.

We're particularly passionate about urban art, street art, contemporary painting, illustration, mixed media, stencil art and original creative expression.

If your work has individuality, character and something to say, we would love to hear your story.

Get in touch and introduce yourself and your artwork.
