This paired composition captures the raw, irreverent spirit of Banksy’s landmark Cut & Run exhibition. On the left, a bold typographic poster announcing the show at Glasgow’s Gallery of Modern Art is violently interrupted by dripping black spray paint, spelling out “DENY CULTURE.” The act of defacement becomes the artwork itself, echoing Banksy’s long-standing critique of institutions, authorship, and the commodification of art.
